Most recently, Hughes served as vice president of talent management and chief diversity officer for Aramark. Previously she served as associate vice president for human resources and chief HR officer at the University of Louisville, where she provided strategic leadership, vision and operational guidance on university goals and objectives, led strategic and operational initiatives and promoted an engaged organizational culture.
Hughes also was an HR consultant at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and manager of human resources/payroll at Indiana University. Hughes received a master鈥檚 degree in Public Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University.
