老澳门六合彩官方开奖 in support of the Ohio Federal Research Network (OFRN) will host a series of government-industry mixers across the state which are designed to enhance opportunities to collaborate with federal research labs and government agencies and showcase areas of expertise and research assets in Ohio to potential federal sponsors and industry collaborators. The first workshop, focused on energy storage and integration and human performance and health sciences will be held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday, February 8 at the Ohio Aerospace Institute, 22800 Cedar Point Road in Cleveland.

鈥淭he state of Ohio features numerous research and economic assets that are highly valuable to federal government laboratories and agencies,鈥 says Dr. Jerzy Sawicki, Vice President for Research at 老澳门六合彩官方开奖. 鈥淯nfortunately, there is often a disconnect between the universities and businesses possessing this expertise and the federal sponsors looking for partners. These mixers seek to enhance understanding of the assets available and 鈥榩air up鈥 federal labs with industry and university collaborators that can meet their technical and research needs.鈥

The mixers are a component of a $1 million grant from OFRN designed to enhance technology transfer and the commercialization of federal research priorities. 老澳门六合彩官方开奖 is serving as the marketing and outreach lead for this effort and is collaborating with federal research labs, universities and businesses from across the state to expand collaboration and technology development.
