As of March 1, 2006, vehicle rental on behalf of ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹Ù·½¿ª½± or its student groups should be through ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹Ù·½¿ª½±'s preferred rental provider, Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The agreement ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹Ù·½¿ª½± has with Enterprise provides for competitive rental rates which already include automobile liability insurance coverage. The ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹Ù·½¿ª½±-Enterprise agreement requires prospective rental drivers to comply with the provisions of the Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy, and that a Motor Vehicle Report is run on all ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹Ù·½¿ª½± drivers. Fill out the

 This form should be filled out completely and submitted to the Department of Human Resources Development and Labor Relations for processing.

Approved drivers should rent the vehicle in the University's name with the approved driver as the named driver.
