What is a Work Order?

Work orders are created/submitted for maintenance and services that need to be completed across campus by the Facilities team. Routine maintenance work orders are not billed to the department that submitted the request, though any scope of work outside of routine maintenance the department requesting will be billed for the work order.


If you are unsure if the work order you are requesting will be billed to your department, please feel free to reach out to the Fast Coordination Center for additional details!
