Please review the following information if you currently live at The Edge or Langston and want to live there for Fall 2025.

We are eliminating the “Continue Occupancy” (CO) process for Returning Students living at The Edge or The Langston. Students who sign a Housing Contract for Fall 25-26, regardless if it’s a 10 or 12-month term, will automatically be assigned to their current Fall 24-25 apartment for Fall 25-26.

Students who sign a Housing Contract for Fall 25-26 and do NOT want to stay in their current Fall 24-25 apartment for Fall 25-26, will complete the “Transfer Request Form” when it opens on February 21, 2025 (closes March 14, 2025).

The Transfer Request Form will include additional information regarding required transfer dates and fees associated with transferring apartments. Transfers are based on availability and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Please review the following information if you currently live at The Edge or Langston and are interested in living there for Fall 25-26.

If you’ve signed a 10-month Fall 24-25 Housing Contract and you’re interested in living at The Edge or The Langston for Fall 25-26 in the SAME apartment;

1. Access Housing Self-Service: You will need to use your �ϰ������ϲʹٷ����� ID login (ex: 1234567@vikes.csuohio.edu) and password. If you need help with your password, call the Information Services & Technology (IS&T) Help Desk at 216-687-5050 during business hours.
2. Review and Sign the Housing Contract: Select “Apps & Forms” from the left menu and then select “2025-2026 Returning Student Housing Contract”
3. Be sure to select which contract term you’re interested in; 10 or 12-months (12-months is an additional $2,000)
4. Once complete, you will be automatically re-assigned to your current Fall 24-25 apartment for Fall 25-26.
5. You will move-out and turn in your keys in May 2025 once your Fall 24-25 Housing Contract ends. You will be permitted to leave your items in your bedspace over the summer. Our staff will complete routine move-out inspections after you’ve turned in keys.

If you’ve signed a 12-month Fall 24-25 Housing Contract and you’re interested in living at The Edge or The Langston for Fall 25-26 in the SAME apartment;

1. Access Housing Self-Service: You will need to use your �ϰ������ϲʹٷ����� ID login (ex: 1234567@vikes.csuohio.edu) and password. If you need help with your password, call the Information Services & Technology (IS&T) Help Desk at 216-687-5050 during business hours.
2. Review and Sign the Housing Contract: Select “Apps & Forms” from the left menu and then select “2025-2026 Returning Student Housing Contract”
3. Be sure to select which contract term you’re interested in; 10 or 12-months (12-months is an additional $2,000)
4. Once complete, you will be automatically re-assigned to your current Fall 24-25 apartment for Fall 25-26.
5. You will NOT move-out in May 2025 and will continue living in the same apartment for Fall 25-26.

If you’ve signed a 10-month Fall 24-25 Housing Contract and you’re interested in living at The Edge or The Langston for Fall 25-26 in a DIFFERENT apartment;

1. Access Housing Self-Service: You will need to use your �ϰ������ϲʹٷ����� ID login (ex: 1234567@vikes.csuohio.edu) and password. If you need help with your password, call the Information Services & Technology (IS&T) Help Desk at 216-687-5050 during business hours.
2. Review and Sign the Housing Contract: Select “Apps & Forms” from the left menu and then select “2025-2026 Returning Student Housing Contract”
3. Be sure to select which contract term you’re interested in; 10 or 12-months (12-months is an additional $2,000)
4. Once complete, you will be automatically re-assigned to your current Fall 24-25 apartment for Fall 25-26.
5. You will complete the “Transfer Request Form” when it opens on February 21, 2025. Transfers are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. You will move-out and turn in your keys in May 2025 once your Fall 24-25 Housing Contract ends and return to move-in August 2025 into new unit chosen by Residence Life staff.

If you’ve signed a 12-month Fall 24-25 Housing Contract and you’re interested in living at The Edge or The Langston for Fall 25-26 in a DIFFERENT apartment;

1. Access Housing Self-Service: You will need to use your �ϰ������ϲʹٷ����� ID login (ex: 1234567@vikes.csuohio.edu) and password. If you need help with your password, call the Information Services & Technology (IS&T) Help Desk at 216-687-5050 during business hours.
2. Review and Sign the Housing Contract: Select “Apps & Forms” from the left menu and then select “2025-2026 Returning Student Housing Contract”
3. Be sure to select which contract term you’re interested in; 10 or 12-months (12-months is an additional $2,000)
4. Once complete, you will be automatically re-assigned to your current Fall 24-25 apartment for Fall 25-26.
5. You will complete the “Transfer Request Form” when it opens on February 21, 2025. Transfers are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Students will be charged a $500 transfer fee to transfer apartments from Fall 24-25 to Fall 25-26.
6. You will NOT move-out and will continue living in the same apartment until your new apartment is available to transfer into.
