This is a versatile text to speech application available for multiple platforms. The application has a floating toolbar that can be used for reading text in a wide range of applications. There is an interface where plain text documents can be opened, or text can be copied and pasted into. For more features and unlimited access, a reasonable cost license can be purchased. The mobile apps are inexpensive as well. Cleveland State does not license this software for students.

Natural Reader runs in all versions of Windows. There is also a version of Natural Reader for MacOS. There are Natural Reader mobile apps for iOS and Android which are good too.
