The Faculty Affairs office supports faculty throughout their employment lifecycle at ÀÏ°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹Ù·½¿ª½±. Our primary responsibilities include coordinating faculty hiring, the reappointment, promotion and tenure process, annual faculty activity reporting, faculty Professional Leaves of Absences (PLOAs), professional development, workload assignments, rewards & recognition programs and coordinating the faculty mentoring program. The office also implements and administers faculty policies and procedures and maintains faculty personnel records.
